Compassionate Living Book Club
CAA's book club is an opportunity for those interested in the lives of non-human animals to connect, explore, and discuss issues presented in the current book selection.
We read non-fiction
books that focus on animal rights, factory farming, compassionate
living, veganism/vegetarianism, and related topics.
Everyone interested in the compassionate treatment of animals is welcome to attend! Come to all, or just to an occasional meeting depending on your time and interest. We meet every other week on Sunday from 4:00 p.m until 6:00 p.m. at our Community Office on 2100 1st Ave South in Minneapolis. Contact Steven at steven.palacios@exploreveg.org for more info on the book club and to get periodic updates.
Joining the Compassionate Living Book Club is a great way to stay current with the issues, opinions, and developments around animal treatment in today’s society.
