Literature Distribution

One of the most effective ways to promote vegetarianism is to provide people with information about where their food comes from.

CAA has known for several years now that one of the most convenient ways to do this is by providing people with resources that they can pick up at their own leisure! With indoor and outdoor stands strategically placed throughout Minneapolis, St. Paul, and other cities in Minnesota, CAA has been able to distribute tens of thousands of literature handouts and Vegetarian Starter Kits without even being there. Our volunteers also stock pamphlets and put up posters at their neighborhood restaurants, grocery stores, fitness studios, record shops, book stores, places of worship, libraries, etc.

With dozens of locations across the state, free information on animal cruelty issues and becoming vegetarian is now available to thousands of new people!

Get Involved!

If you want an easy and effective way to help the animals, please consider adopting a literature stand and identifying places in your neighborhood where literature can be placed. CAA will provide you with free Vegetarian Starter Kits, leaflets, and event posters.

If you have a couple free hours each month and want to help with this simple and effective form of outreach, please contact Danielle.

If you are interested in helping to coordinate this program, please read about our Volunteer Staff Program and apply to be the Literature Distribution Co-Coordinator. The position becomes available on September 1, 2010!
