Do It Green's Sustainable Food Taste-Off

To celebrate new dietary resolutions, the Twin Cities' Do It Green! Resource Center invites you to a tasty animal-friendly taste-off.

How it works: bring a prepared dish from one of three categories (appetizer/salad, main dish, or dessert), along with its recipe. All submissions must be vegan, primarily organic, and primarily locally-sourced. A panel of judges will award prizes for the recipes, and--best of all--you'll get to taste your way to some new favorite recipes!

Time: Thursday January 31st, 6-7 p.m.
Location: Do It Green! Resource Center, 2405 Hennepin Ave. S., Minneapolis
