Veg Week 2011 Cooking Class

Held at Van Cleve Recreational Center on October 3, 2011, our cooking class featured Butternut Squash Bisque, Walnut Sage Pasta, and Cranberry, Apple, and Pear Crumble. Rachel, along with her assistant Bita, led this cooking class. Rachel shared her wisdom on cooking techniques, how to eat vegan affordably, how to impress your omnivore friends and family, and more.
