Give the Gift of Compassion!

Dear Friends of the Animals,

As the holiday season approaches, we remember the phrase "peace on earth and goodwill towards men." And we at Compassionate Action for Animals feel that the goodwill of the season should apply to animals as well as men. This year, as you enjoy your holiday gathering with your family and friends, farm animals continue to live in tiny cages where they are uncomfortable and see little daylight. Please make a gift to CAA on their behalf today so that together we can end their suffering.

This has been quite a busy year for us in continuing our work to end the suffering of farm animals. We leafleted at various concerts throughout the year and especially during Outreach for Animals week. We also hosted our second annual Their Lives, Our Voices (TLOV) conference, which was a big success.

In September, we held a Vegan Food Showcase. We distributed samples of tasty vegan food to over 1,000 people. On top of that, 500 took our Pledge to Be Veg, agreeing to be vegetarian or vegan for a week. Just think of how many animals were saved that week by their decisions! Events like these depend on the support of compassionate people like you. Please donate today.

Another exciting reason to contribute is that your donation will be matched! That means that when you donate $250, an additional $250 is donated on your behalf, making your donation worth $500, double its original amount. Truly, your gift to CAA has never been more valuable. One of our goals for the next year is having more food showcases during the summer. The more people we introduce to the great taste and possibilities of vegan food, the less animals have to suffer as a result of our food choices. To do this, we need your help. We have big plans for next year. For one thing, we just rented a new office and are in the process of furnishing it. This space will be great for meetings and for additional working room for our volunteers. In fact, by the time you receive this letter, our new office will be up and running!

Because of your support, we have been and remain financially stable. However, if we want to continue and expand our operations, we need money. Please make a generous donation today.
