Strategic Planning Retreat

Join Compassionate Action for Animals leaders to help determine our strategic plan for the next two years. We will reflect upon our values and determine the strategies and tactics that will help guide us to more effective advocacy for animals.

The weekend will include:

  • Determining our strengths and weaknesses
  • Selecting priority objectives
  • Selecting projects and events that meet our objectives
  • Creating a monitoring plan

We'll have free food, and your contribution will help us be effective animal advocates. All Compassionate Action for Animals volunteers are invited to attend. The planning process will be facilitated with experienced external planners.

The retreat will take place from 4:30 to 9 pm on Saturday, April 16 and 9:30 to 5 pm on Sunday, April 17. Please plan on attending the entire retreat. Dinner will be provided on Saturday, and lunch will be provided on Sunday. You must RSVP to unny@exploreveg.org to attend!
