Spring Leafleting Week Results!

CAA's first spring leafleting week ended last Friday. In just four days, leafleting two hours a day, we handed out over 2300 leaflets! As promised, the individual who handed out the most leaflets would receive a year's worth of Newman O's. The winner for last week is Dylan Mulenburg. Dylan handed out an astonishing 1900 leaflets.

Think you can trump that? Well, there are plenty of CAA leafleting opportunities ahead, such as Music for Mother Earth concert this Friday the 22nd and MayDay Fest on Sunday, May 1st. Other dates are coming soon, so stay tuned. Great prizes to be awarded this summer include CAA t-shirts, gift certificates to local restaurants and much more.

Dine-Out at Evergreen!

Evergreen is a favorite amongst many dine-out regulars. This April we will be basking in Evergreen's large selection of mock meats, along with great starters and soups. If you haven't tried Evergreen yet, now is your time. And if you have visited Evergreen, venture out and discover a new dish.

April Cooking Class

Terrified of tofu? Grossed out by vegetables? This fantastically free cooking class will go over veg cooking 101. Veg chef extraordinaire Ben Kutschied will have Rachel Ray shaking in her oven mitts, as he prepares a days worth of simple and delicious veg-friendly meals.

Start your day with a breakfast tofu scramble, and then learn how to wrap up some spring rolls for lunch and finish off with a seasonal vegetable risotto fordinner!
