Join Compassionate Action for Animals for a dine-out this Monday, April 28th at 6:30 p.m. at the Evergreen Chinese Restaurant. Evergreen offers excellent vegetarian and vegan dishes, from the spicy, colorful mixed vegetables with fried tofu, to the tender mock beef with broccoli or the mock chicken with blackbean sauce. Spring is finally here, time to come out of hibernation! So come and meet other members and enjoy some incredible, authentic food.
