CAA is happy to return to Evergreen Chinese Restaurant for what will no doubt be another fantastic dining experience! Evergreen serves a variety of Chinese cuisine including Cantonese, Taiwanese, and Hakka specialties. They also have a huge variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes which are prepared using a separate cutting board and wok. Make sure to try one of their mock meat dishes including mock pork, chicken, shrimp and more!
Chef Connie Fan wants her guests to feel like they are eating their grandmother's cooking. She loves cooking and loves to see people enjoying what she has prepared, so come check it out!
