Come watch skilled chef Tim Holtgrewe demonstrate how to make mouth-watering vegetarian specialties. All the food will be vegan, easy to make, free, and, most importantly, absolutely delicious! If you like food, this is an event not to be missed!
We will also have Suzanne Sorenson, R.D., on hand to share tips and talk about the basics of healthy vegetarian and vegan eating.
