The book received a four-star rating from readers and is described as a guidebook for enhancing our inherently compassionate nature. The author leads us through steps that extend our circle of compassion through our positive ideas and through self-examination. This book is available at Amazon.com, and Hennepin and Ramsey county libraries. It is an older title, so you might have luck at your local used book store too!
