Join us for our first community potluck of the year in the Community Room at the Carleton Artist Lofts in St. Paul. For this edition of our monthly potluck, we’ll be sharing our favorite vegan comfort foods. Bring a dish and join in the fun!
What plant-based foods bring you comfort in the heart of winter? Here are some amazing recipe ideas. How about Enchilada Casserole? Or maybe peanut butter banana chip cookies? Get creative in the kitchen or grab something pre-made from a store. Just make sure it’s vegan (no meat, fish, eggs, dairy, or honey).
In consideration for those who have food allergies or sensitivities, please bring a list of ingredients for your dish.
