Sign up for Outreach for Animals Week, start fund raising, learn about leafleting, and meet fellow volunteers! Outreach for Animals Week 2009 is an innovative outreach and fund raising event with the goal of educating the public about farm animals and vegetarianism. Sign up and raise pledges from family and friends. Then spend three or more hours leafleting--empowering individuals to make informed and compassionate choices that will save countless animals.
Please bring:
- A photo of yourself to put on your fund raising page (if it's on Facebook, Flickr, or another place online, that's fine)
- A list of people that you can solicit for donations
We'll provide snacks and help you with starting your fund raising. You will also sign up for a leafleting slot.
Please note: This is one of four Outreach for Animal Week kick-off events on September 8, 10, 13, 20. You only need to attend one!
