We will be distributing lots of free vegan food at the event to demonstrate to the entire University community just how tasty vegan food really is. Be sure to stop by and try our vegan chocolate, nacho dip, deli-style sandwiches, and more!
We are also looking for volunteers to staff this event. You can help beforehand or on the day of the event between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. If you are interested in helping, (it's easy and fun!), please email Lauren at gillm036@umn.edu as soon as possible.
