Our guest chef, Cali Mastny, has a few tips to help you keep your feast animal friendly. Join her and other aspiring cooks at Van Cleave Community Center on Monday, November 16th at 6:00 p.m. for a free lesson on vegan holiday cooking.
Cooking and knowing what to eat are often barriers for people looking to explore animal-friendly diets. With our comprehensive cooking classes, attendees get a chance to try a variety of foods, get information on nutrition, and have all their questions on veg eating answered--all for free.
