We'll talk about the basics of balanced plant-based nutrition and do a store walk through. When we're done, you'll know how to stock your fridge and pantry with everything you need to create simple balanced vegan meals.
Join Suzy Sorensen RD to get started on your compassionate plate! We'll meet just outside the Wedge's Lyndale entrance at 7:00 PM to get started (just inside if weather is bad).
