Check Out CAA's Library
CAA has a vast library of classic and brand-new books and videos, all available for you to check out this summer!
We have a wide variety of vegan cookbooks, including The Accidental Vegan by Devra Gartenstein and How It All Vegan by Tanya Barnard and Sarah Kramer. For those interested in philosophical arguments for animal protection and veganism, we have such classics as Animal Liberation by Peter Singer and The Case for Animal Rights by Tom Regan. Living Among Meat Eaters by Carol Adams is full of great advice on exactly what the title says.
We also have a wide selection of videos, including the ever-popular Peaceable Kingdom, The Witness, Earthlings, and even the "Lisa Goes Vegetarian" Simpsons episode! If you missed a speaker at a CAA event in the past, we also have recordings of some of these presentations available.
For more information on our library, email info@ExploreVeg.org, or just stop by our office in Coffman Union to browse the selection Monday through Friday, between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
