Who is the Presenter?
Lauren Plunkett, RDN, LDN, CDCES, is a registered dietitian, certified diabetes care & education specialist, global health educator, and speaker. She is the author of the award-winning book, Type One Determination, her story about coming of age with Type 1 Diabetes, and a guide – complete with a nutrition and exercise protocol – for living a healthy, athletic life.
