Join CAA for a camping trip! We’ll spend a weekend at the Wedge Hill 1 group site at William O’Brien State Park in Marine on St. Croix.
There will be lots of fun activities, including hiking, biking, games, and swimming. We’ll do a group activity on Saturday afternoon that will be open to others not attending the camping trip. Registration is $25 and covers the cost five vegan meals and the campsite fee. This event is limited to 35 attendees. Register to save a spot! Registration closes on Tuesday, May 17 at midnight. And invite your friends on Facebook.

If you’d like to bike with a group to the campsite, meet at the CAA Community Space at 2100 1st Avenue South in Minneapolis on the morning of Friday, May 20. (An exact time for departure will be decided closer to the event.)
Gluten-free options will be provided, and we’ll do our best to accommodate other dietary restrictions. Please let us know your needs when you register. Please be aware that though we’ll do our best to provide suitable meals, any dish may contain trace amounts of gluten or nuts. If you have a severe allergy, we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to an allergen.
Suggested Supplies
- Plate, bowl, and cutlery
- Sleeping bags and sleeping pad
- Flashlight
- Toiletries (tooth brush, floss, soap, towel, deodorant, etc.)
- Sun lotion, insect repellent, hat, sunglasses
- Helmet, lights, bike lock, and food to eat while biking (if you’re biking)
- Swimsuit and towel
- Raincoat and rain pants
- Outdoor shoes and sandals
- Snacks
- Games
- Water bottle
- Change of clothes
