Join us at the party room at the home of Sanchez Brown and Yunuén Ávila at 942 Aurora Avenue in St. Paul and keep the Cinco de Mayo celebrations rolling into May! Whether you speak Spanish or English, are new to CAA or have come to many events before, this potluck is for you.
Please bring a vegan dish, beverage, or dessert (no eggs, meat, milk or honey) to share. Here are some recipes (in English or Spanish) from our friends at the Food Empowerment Project.
If your last name begins with A through D, please bring a non-alcoholic beverage (alcohol is not permitted).
If your last name begins with E through N please bring a main dish.
If your last name begins with O through Z, please bring a salad or side.
Please also bring a list of ingredients for what went into your dish (common allergens).
