It’s time for another community potluck! For this one, we’ll be meeting at the home of Bill and Jackie Van Susteren at 1929 James Avenue South in the Kenwood neighborhood of Minneapolis. The theme will be Italian food – but all vegan of course! Please bring a dish to share and join in the fun.
Yes, pasta. But also risotto, gnocchi, minestrone, focaccia, veggie Italian sausage, meat-free meatballs, and the list goes on. And there will surely be some Italian dessert too. (Who’s bringing the vegan cannoli?)
