If you are interested in eating yummy vegan food, need some new recipes to add to your menu, and want to have great conversations with like-minded people, this group is for you!
Join us at the Thompson Hill Rest Area (8525 W Skyline Parkway Duluth, MN) for a road trip/picnic-themed potluck. Bring a favorite dish that you would bring when you travel or go on a picnic. It will be fun to visit with each other & enjoy the nice Duluth weather.
This beautiful location has many covered picnic areas & a great view (no grill). It is easily accessible & is right off of I35. When you arrive at the main building, look to your right. There are three sheltered areas (that can’t be reserved). We will have a sign & tables up at one of them.
This event will be rain or shine, but in the case of inclement weather, please watch for possible cancellation posting or text me.
Please do not include any meat, dairy, fish, butter, or honey in your dish & bring the recipe for others. Also, bring your own plate, silverware, & beverage.
