Date/Time
Tuesday, June 28, 2022
5:30pm - 6:30pm

Fried foods are not the most healthy food but when you have been exposed to fried chicken from a child the taste is often associated with some memories. Now, as you transition from eating animal products or even reducing your consumption this recipe will surely allow you to have those crunchy bites without the cruelty.

In this class, you’ll discover how you can have the flavor profile and the crunchy bites using vegan chicken — also better known as oyster mushrooms — with minimal preparation and tons of rewards.

This recipe is a great game day meal you can eat with your fingers or pair with a vegan dipping sauce. Register today!

Class registration is $5.00 or free for students and people who are unemployed. The class will take place via Zoom and login instructions will be provided after registration.
