One of their top chefs, DeWitt Kane, is cooking up these awesome menu choices:
• Chicken Fried Smoked Tofu with Smashed Potatoes and Bordelaise Gravy
• Roasted Cauliflower, Vegan Lebanah, and Calabrian Marcona Relish (GF option)
• Cavatappi, Sweet Corn Succotash, Walnut Ricotta
Get your tickets here. This is a special one-night only menu to support Twin Cities Veg Fest!
The food’s not all. We’ll be upstairs the beautiful Scheid Hall with a cash bar, vegan appetizers, the Douala Soul Collective spinning tunes, and karaoke!
Every attendee will be entered to win a fabulous gift basket filled with donations from Twin Cities Veg Fest exhibitors.
You can choose to join us just for happy hour and appetizers, or buy a full event ticket for a sit-down meal with karaoke afterward.
Those who buy full event tickets will be entered twice in the gift basket drawing.
The evening will also include a brief video presentation about the festival.
Every ticket benefits Twin Cities Veg Fest.
That means that just by partying, you can help expand the biggest vegan festival in the Midwest!
Ticket sales end July 29, so get yours today and invite your friends using Facebook.
Why do ticket sales end on July 29?
We need to provide our food order two weeks ahead.
Can I always get vegan food at Surly? Is this a new thing?
If you’re a regular at Surly, you know they have a few appetizers that are vegan-friendly, but these vegan entrees are a one night only opportunity benefiting Twin Cities Veg Fest.
Will there be non-alcoholic drink options?
Yes, ginger beer, coke products, coffee, tea, and water will be available at the bar.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
No, but you must be 21 to purchase alcohol.
What’s the schedule for the event?
5 pm Appetizers, cash bar, DJ
6 pm Presentation, gift basket drawing
6:30 pm Dinner (for full meal ticket holders only)
7:15 pm Karaoke (for full meal ticket holders only)
How do I choose my main dish?
You’ll be directed to do so after you purchase your ticket.
What’s the fundraising goal?
We need to raise $8,500 by August 31 to keep the festival free to attend and bring you a new main stage with musical acts. Reaching our stretch goal of $10,000 will help us expand to a two-day festival in 2020!
