Are you volunteering for Twin Cities Veg Fest? If so, please join us for this volunteer orientation. The orientation will cover the how-to’s of all volunteer duties except for cleanup, which does not require advance training. If you are only helping with cleanup, you do not need to attend the orientation. All other volunteers are encouraged to participate.
At the orientation, you will:
- Meet other volunteers and the volunteer leaders
- Get t-shirts
- Learn about:
- Transportation to the venue
- The layout of the venue
- The schedule of festival activities (speakers, cooking demos, kids area)
- The general mission of the festival
- Get training in customer service fundamentals
If you haven’t signed up to volunteer at the festival yet, please do so now!
We will meet under the arch that is in between the two pavilions. The location is easily accessible via transit or bicycle. Parking is limited.
