Calling all compassionate Minnesotans! Come on in out of the cold for a cozy vegan potluck at the home of Sarah Matanah in the Seward Neighborhood of Minneapolis. Bring a dish to share – maybe a vegan hotdish or some other comfort-food casserole to get us warmed up.
Looking for ideas for what to bring? Try one of these vegan hotdish recipes. You betcha! (Please bring a list of the ingredients that went into your dish for the benefit of those with allergies and food sensitivities.)
Street parking is available, and Sarah’s home is near the 9 and the 7 bus lines. If you’d like to organize a carpool or bus-pool to the event, leave a note on the Facebook event page.
Note that Sarah has a cat and two dogs.
