We are here to help with a cooking class showing you how to make healthy Vegan Collard Wraps. This raw wrap is packed with flavor profiles you didn’t know existed and will tantalize your taste buds. This Vegan Collard Wraps recipe uses one of Tamuno’s favorite leafy greens. Collard greens are so versatile he will be incorporating them as the wrap instead of a tortilla. It is ingenious and super healthy. This recipe doesn’t call for many ingredients but the options of sauces and veggies or hummus makes the combinations limitless.

The registration fee for this one hour class is $5.00, but it is free for students and individuals who are unemployed. The class will be conducted through Zoom, and you will receive login instructions after completing the registration process. If you want to get the ingredients ahead of time you can cook along. Otherwise, feel free to just watch and learn.

1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 English cucumber
1/2 red onion
2-4 green onions
1/4 head of purple cabbage
