- 5 sections Jackfruit, frozen/ fresh
- 1/3 C Cranberries, frozen/ fresh
- 1 Bunch of Spinach, rinsed
- 2 Dates, pitted
- 1 C Almond Mylk, more if you enjoy a thinner smoothie
Place Jackfruit in blender pitcher. Top with spinach, cranberries, dates and almond mylk. Blend until smooth. Add more mylk for desired consistency.

- 2 Bananas
- 4-6 Ice Cubes
