Soy Hoisin Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and let rest at 2 or more hours.

This recipe makes about 1 1/2 cups of sauce.
