Strawberry Tofool

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. frozen strawberries (or other frozen fruit)
  • 12 oz. soft tofu
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar

Instructions

First, drain excess water from tofu. Then combine all ingredients in a food processor, mix and chill!
